'Brownie Points' Pot

These are so quick to make! They satisfy any chocoholic craving using cacao powder and satisfying oats - low sugar and low carb !

Brownie Points Pot

Serves 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 125g oats or oat flour or buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200-300ml of oat / almond milk or plant milk of your choice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp cacao powder
  • Dash seasalt
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp of nut butter for each ramekin

 

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 150 – 200 degree oven (mine was 160)
  • On a baking tray place the ramekins with 1 tsp of nut butter in the middle of each
  • Blitz the oats to make a fine flour, add in all the remaining ingredients and mix to form a batter
  • Divide between each ramekin and bake for 10 -15 minutes

Serve:

  • Coconut Greek Style Yogurt and some fresh berries and top with a dash of cinnamon
